  1. This is a remarkable milestone achievement and an excellent opportunity to announce the coming of age of African Energy Independents to take on a more central role in securing and shaping Africa’s energy future.
Congratulations to the Renaissance Africa Energy company and the consortium companies for this milestone achievement.
This is a great day for Africa!

  2. This is an incredible feat and an amazing opportunity for Nigeria and Africa! Well done team!

  3. Congratulations to Renaissance Africa Energy Company Ltd for this giant and historic feat that will no doubt further deepen local content in the Nigeria oil and gas industry. Expectations regarding your success in maximising value from the asset acquired from Shell are high; going by what other indigenous operators had done.

  4. My name is Barr. Owotorufa Harris Ozeke, an indigene of Egbemo-Angalabiri Community (Landlords of Opukushi, Clough Creek, Tunu and Cambo Oil Fields). RAEC is advised to ensure that this transaction is not completed without SPDC paying off its liabilities to Egbemo-Angalabiri Domain and remedying the environment it has left in shambles. These and more have been communicated to SPDC whose trust in their shameful divide and operate game, and thus have fallen on deaf ears. RAEC must be aware that it will inherit subsisting litigations on these issues if SPDC is not made to appease the Domain.

We are a people of peace.

    Best of luck RAEC.
