Renaissance Leadership
50 years professional experience in the oil, gas and mining sector across several African countries. He served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of OPEC twice, as Chairman of the Expert Committee of the African Petroleum Producers Organisation (APPO/APPA), as the founding Director of the national Department of Hydrocarbons of Gabon and as special advisor on Oil & Gas for most oil producing African countries. He is the founding Chairman of the Petrolin Group.

Mr. Samuel Dossou-Aworet
Chairman – ND Western/Petrolin Group of Companies.
With over 40 years in the oil industry, Dr. Layi Fatona, a Petroleum Geologist, has a distinguished history with SPDC and Geotrex Systems Limited. His impact extends to board roles at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. and former chairmanship at Skye Financial Services Limited.
Advocating for increased Nigerian participation in the oil and gas industry, Dr. Fatona emphasizes indigenous contributions. He is co-founder and pioneer CEO of Niger Delta Exploration and Production Plc, now Aradel Energy, and remains a significant force in the industry.

Over 30 years of professional experience in business, financial services, and the oil & gas industry. He specializes in strategy and enterprise transformation and has participated in several international negotiators for oil & gas asset acquisition, including Oil Block (EG-23). He oversaw the commencement of export operators from the Ibigwe field in 2008.
